Consultation and design
We work with architects, consultants, project managers, IT teams and building owners, at any stage from concept drawings to upgrading an existing room. We provide the needs assessment, the system design, drawings, specifications and BOQ, and we supervise the installation by our trained resellers and integrators, so the room is delivered as it was designed.

Digital signage in Uganda and East Africa
Digital signage puts live, changing content on screens in receptions, banks, hospitals, hotels, malls, schools and offices: welcome messages, menus, queue numbers, room schedules, adverts, TV channels and emergency notices. Content is updated centrally, so every screen in a building or across many branches stays current.
We design the complete system around what you want to show and where: the screens or LED, the media players, the content software, mounts and kiosks, and the network that feeds them. We avoid systems that lock you into high monthly fees unless the project needs them.

Room booking systems in Uganda
Room booking is the new way to manage meeting spaces. Every meeting room is connected over the network, so staff can see which rooms are free and book them from the panel at the door, from their phone or from their calendar. No more double bookings, and no more rooms that are reserved but left empty.
How it works
- Room panels: a touch panel at each meeting room door shows whether the room is free or busy, the meeting in progress and the next booking. Staff can book, extend or end a meeting on the spot.
- Calendar integration: bookings sync with the calendar the organisation already uses, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so a room booked from Outlook shows on the panel straight away.
- Wayfinding displays: screens in the reception, the lobby and at the lifts show the status of every room and guide staff and visitors to the right room.
- Central management: one dashboard manages all rooms, panels and displays over the network, with usage reports that show which rooms are really used and help plan office space.
Scalable, licence based or licence free
The system grows with you, from a single boardroom to every meeting room across several floors or sites. Some of our solutions are licence based, with a subscription that adds cloud management, analytics and advanced features. Others need no licence at all. We help you choose the model that fits your budget, your IT policy and the number of rooms.
