Conference and discussion systems in Uganda
In a boardroom, council chamber or conference hall, every delegate needs to speak and be heard clearly, with the chair in control of the meeting. A conference system gives each seat its own microphone unit, so there is no passing microphones around and no feedback from too many open microphones.
The right system for the room

- Camera control: cameras that follow the active speaker, for recording, streaming and video conferencing
- Management software: set up the meeting, the seating plan and the delegates, and manage the session from a computer
