Government and Public Sector Projects

PRO AV Africa has designed AV systems for government ministries, agencies, public hospitals and national venues in Uganda and Rwanda since 2014. For security reasons we do not name the institutions on our website. References are available to genuine enquiries on request.

Government projects need systems that are reliable, easy to operate and supported locally for many years. Every design uses products available in Uganda with local after-sales support.

Ministry headquarters, new building (commissioned 2026)

National stadium (Phase 1 2022, Phase 2 2026)

  • Reviewed the existing BOQ and completed the design to merge all units into one system

  • Audio and video systems for a national specialist hospital, covering the current building and a new building
  • AV and PA systems for a public referral hospital (2018)

PRO AV Africa provides consultancy, design, specifications and BOQs, installation supervision, commissioning and training. Installations are carried out by integrators trained by PRO AV Africa, working to the approved design.
