A government training school outside Kampala needed its main auditorium ready for lectures, briefings and remote sessions, with a large clear image, sound for every seat and video links to other sites. The institution is not named for security reasons.
What we delivered
Laser projection
A Vivitek laser projector on a ceiling drop pole above the stage, with a fixed-frame screen sized for the full hall.
Sound and microphones
Speakers flown along the side balconies and ceiling speakers for fill, with microphones for the lectern and the stage.
Repeater displays
Large displays on ceiling poles along the sides, so people at the back and under the balconies see the same content as the main screen.
AV infrastructure
Matrix switching and range extenders to send any source to the projector and every display over long cable runs.
Video conferencing
PTZ cameras on the balcony fronts, so sessions can be streamed or linked to other training sites.
Wireless presentation
Trainers present from their own laptop without cables to the lectern.
