Uganda Baati wanted its reception and customer centre to feel welcoming, with soft background music and screens that show company videos and customer messages while people wait.
What we delivered
Background music
Ceiling speakers across reception and the customer service hall, set to a comfortable level that does not get in the way of conversations at the counters.
Digital signage
Screens running a split layout with Uganda Baati branding, company videos, social media posts and a news ticker, updated centrally without touching each screen.
