A private penthouse in Naguru, where the owner wanted one simple way to control lighting, entertainment and the front door from a phone or remote. The client’s name is kept private.
What we delivered
URC control
A URC system controller ties the home together, so lights, TV, music and other electronics are run from one app or remote.
Lighting control
Lighting scenes for the living room and bedroom, switched with one touch instead of walking to each switch.
Multi-room sound
A URC multi-zone amplifier driving in-wall speakers in the living room and bedroom, each room with its own music and volume.
Akuvox smart intercom
An Akuvox video door station with card access at the entrance and an Akuvox indoor monitor, so visitors are seen and spoken to before the door opens.
