Our roleSystem design

The Kampala Serena Hotel hosts business guests in a set of private meeting rooms and a VIP lounge. Each room needed simple, reliable AV so guests can walk in, connect and start their meeting without calling a technician.

What we delivered

Sound system

Ceiling speakers in the meeting rooms and the VIP lounge, giving clear sound for presentations, video calls and background music.

Table cable management

Flip-up connection boxes built into each table, with HDMI, network, universal power and USB charging, so no cables run across the table.

Wireless presentation

Wireless presentation in every room, so guests can share their laptop or phone to the screen without plugging in.

Displays

Wall-mounted displays in each meeting room, from small round-table rooms to the main boardroom.
