A private penthouse in Kololo, where the owner wanted a dedicated cinema room and music throughout the home, including the verandas. The client’s name is kept private.
What we delivered
Dedicated home cinema
A ceiling-mounted projector and large fixed-frame screen, with surround sound speakers, a subwoofer and an AV receiver housed in the media cabinet.
Acoustic treatment
Fabric acoustic panels across the walls to control reflections, so dialogue stays clear and bass stays tight.
Cinema seating layout
Screen size and speaker positions planned around the recliner seating, so every seat gets the right viewing angle and sound.
Whole-home sound
Music in the living areas throughout the penthouse, plus weatherproof speakers on the verandas for outdoor listening.
From the installation
Photos taken during final fit-out, before the protective film was removed.
Our role
Installed by an integrator working to our approved design.
