CNOOC Uganda needed one of its boardrooms to work for both local meetings and video calls. The sound system had to cover the room clearly and connect to the Huawei IdeaHub so remote participants hear everyone in the room.
What we delivered
Wireless microphones
Audio-Technica digital wireless microphones, so presenters and board members can speak from anywhere in the room without cables on the table.
Mixing and amplification
An RCF F 10XR mixer and Apart MA30 mixing amplifier, setting clean levels for the room speakers and the conference feed.
IdeaHub integration
The microphones are routed into the Huawei IdeaHub, so the same microphones serve the room and the video call, and far-end audio plays through the room speakers.
Neat rack
All equipment housed in one rack with UPS backup, so a short power cut does not drop a meeting.
