NDI video over IP in Uganda
NDI (Network Device Interface) sends live video, audio and camera control over a standard computer network. Cameras, encoders and production systems on the same network can find each other and share sources without running dedicated video cables to every room.
It suits live production where several cameras and computers need to share video in real time, and it lets you add sources wherever there is a network point.
Typical applications
- Live streaming and production studios
- Lecture capture and e-learning
- Church, event and conference production
- Podcast and broadcast studios
