HDBaseT in Uganda
HDBaseT carries uncompressed HD and 4K video, audio, Ethernet, control signals and power over a single category cable, up to 100 m. It is the standard way to get a clean HDMI signal from a rack or lectern to a projector or display that is too far for an HDMI cable.
Many matrix switchers, extenders and displays have HDBaseT built in, which keeps cabling simple in boardrooms, classrooms and conference halls.
